Who are we actually helping?

Kombo builds tools for software companies in the HR world.

One type of customer we work with a lot: job boards. These are platforms like Stepstone or Indeed that help companies hire people. These platforms are our customers.

But these job boards have their own customers — companies who want to post jobs and receive applications. Those are the end-customers.

And here’s the thing: end-customers usually already use an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Personio to manage their hiring. That’s where their jobs live and where they want to receive applications.

So our setup looks like this:
