Kombo builds a unified API for HR, payroll and recruiting systems. We're working with companies of all sizes - from Fortune 500 companies down to early stage startups - to help them integrate dozens of software vendors within a few days instead of months.
Instead of having to get their hands on a sandbox environment, build the integration code and figure out the edge cases dozens of times, they can only once use a well documented and clean abstraction provided by Kombo.

You will be joining a small team to build out the solutions team at Kombo alongside the founders and the customer success lead. This means you’ll find viable and scalable technical solutions for our customers’ problems by leveraging the Kombo API. You will be the technical sparing partner for our customers during the entire product journey. From collaborating with sales on helping key accounts to accompany those key accounts through the implementation phase, you’ll have the biggest impact on making Kombos customers truly discover the potential of the Kombo API product and ultimately be more successful.
While finding solutions for our customers, you systematically share the customer insights and work closely with Product and Engineering to improve our product to establish us as the global HR API leader.
