Aidos is our amazing engineering recruiter and usually the first person you'll speak with, running the intro call that covers what Kombo does. Aidos stays your main point of contact for the rest of the process, so reach out any time something comes up.
Team Lead, HRIS · LinkedIn
Alex (often called Gerick) leads our HRIS team and owns how we build and scale those integrations. Before Kombo, he studied at CODE University and co-founded AULIOS. Alex joined us at the end of 2024.

Johannes leads the ATS team. He studied Software Engineering at CODE and led backend development at a Fintech (Bling).
Engineering Leadership · LinkedIn
Gui works with our engineering managers on two things: growing the team's engineering capacity and the technical craft behind it. He was VP of Engineering at two companies before Kombo and now helps us become the best version of ourselves.

Aike is one of Kombo's co-founders and spends most of his time enabling ongoing projects and working on new bets. He studied at CODE with the other founders and built a couple of (failed 😅) startups before Kombo.

Niklas is one of our co-founders and leads our Platform Engineering team that’s in charge of our reliability and scalability. On the side, he hacks with Aike on RnD efforts. He also studied at CODE and has a fascination for Reverse Engineering.

Alex is our CEO and co-founder. He started a design agency, studied software engineering at CODE, and took Kombo through Y Combinator. You'll usually meet him during the on-site. Alex splits his time between NY, SF, and Berlin.
